Free Baggage Carts

Complimentary baggage carts are available from the Mainland Pavilion at the entrance to the tunnel.

Water Refill Stations

Help make single-use plastic bottles unnecessary. Pack your reusable water bottle on your next trip through Billy Bishop Airport. Empty water bottles are permitted through security and can be filled at the distilled water refill stations in our lounges.

Lost & Found

Passengers who have lost an item in the terminal building, on an aircraft or at security should report the missing item to the airport's Lost and Found Department.

Pickup Locations

Want to take the shuttle? You can hop on just outside the airport's mainland ferry terminal building or across the street from Union Station. The downtown shuttle stop is located outside the Fairmont Royal York Hotel’s western entrance on York Street, near the north-east corner of York Street and Front Street.

Shuttle Schedule*

Regular shuttle service (approximately every 15 minutes) to and from the airport is available on weekdays, weekends and holidays, with enhanced non-stop shuttle service during peak hours. The trip to and from Billy Bishop Airport takes approximately 15 minutes depending on traffic.

Billy Bishop Airport offers shuttle service with four 32-foot shuttle buses that are equipped with free, on-board Wi-Fi. Bus locations can be checked at any time using the live shuttle tracking map.

Weekdays

The first shuttle departs from York Street at approximately 5:00 a.m.
Enhanced morning non-stop service between 6:10 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.
Enhanced afternoon non-stop service between 12:40 p.m. and 6:05 p.m.
The last shuttle departs the mainland ferry terminal at 12:07 a.m.

Saturdays

The first shuttle departs from York Street at 5:00 a.m.
The last shuttle departs the mainland ferry terminal at 8:45 p.m.

Sundays

The first shuttle departs from York Street at 5:30 a.m.
Enhanced morning non-stop service between 6:40 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.
Enhanced afternoon non-stop service between 12:40 p.m. and 6:05 p.m.
The last shuttle departs the mainland ferry terminal at 12:07 a.m.
